USSエイジャックス（USS Ajax NCC-11574）は惑星連邦宇宙艦隊が保有するアポロ級宇宙艦である。24世紀に運用されていた。
2327年の時点でエイジャックスはナース大佐の指揮下にあった。宇宙艦隊アカデミーを卒業したばかりのコーティン・ズエラー少尉はエイジャックスに配属となった。（TNG:運命の分かれ道）

The class and registry were derived from an okudagram displayed in the observation lounge starting around TNG Season 4. This information appeared on the Starship mission status screen.
According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, this ship was "named for two heroes from Greek mythology who fought in the Trojan War, Ajax of Salamis and Ajax of Locris."

The Stargazer novel Gauntlet suggests that Cortan Zweller was second officer of the Ajax by 2333.
According to an okudagram that appears in the Simon and Schuster PC Game Star Trek: Captain's Chair, the Ajax was on a deep space exploration mission to Sector 21396 in 2369.
The Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph featured a listing of a Saladin級 Ajax with the registry NCC-547 (it was of the Cochise-subclass).
